For the purposes of demonstrating how the TOGL service works, the DEMO product utilizes both public and fictitious business data (DATA). This DATA is for DEMO purposes only and serves no other purpose. No DATA included within the DEMO implies a relationship between TOGL and the businesses displayed within the DEMO and TOGL does not guarantee the accuracy of the DATA. If you own a business displayed within the DEMO and wish to you have your information removed, please email csupport@toglon.com and we will delete your information from the DEMO.

By accessing the DEMO, you agree that no part of these pages, either texts or images will be used for any purpose other than personal use. You understand that reproduction, modification, storage in a retrieval system or retransmission, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, for reasons other than personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

TOGL makes no representations or warranties in relation to the DEMO or the information and materials provided in the DEMO.

TOGL does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage however caused including, without limitation, any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the DEMO or any linked website. Nor does TOGL accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of the reliance on any information contained on or accessed through the DEMO.

Trademarks, copyrights, brand names, product and company names related to the products and images appearing on the DEMO are for demonstration purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. The depiction of products or images is for demonstration purposes only and in no way indicates that TOGL is sponsored or approved by, or otherwise affiliated with, the owner of any such rights.

InterMedia Development, Inc. is the proprietor of all Intellectual Property rights, including but not limited to copyright and neighbouring rights, patent rights and rights relating to know-how, database rights, trademark and trade name rights, and design rights in the DEMO.

Data Visible to Other Users

The DEMO is a collection of shared instances that automatically reset on a timed schedule. Anything input by a user that remains on following your use, will be visible and usable to all other users that access the same instance before it is reset. In addition to the rights provided to TOGL, you hereby grant to all users of the DEMO, a royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, non-transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide right to use any data and intellectual property provided by you while accessing the DEMO, solely to be used in the DEMO as described herein.

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and TOGL with respect to the DEMO and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the DEMO. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms of Use do not supersede any other Agreement, subscription agreement or other agreement pursuant to which you have been granted the right to use or access a TOGL product or service.
