Toglon.com, Toglonpro.com and all Togl-On related Mobile Applications (apps) are operated and presented to USERS in all locations by InterMedia Development, Inc. (IMD). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, all Togl-On related websites and mobile applications are referred to as TOGL.
Ā Togl-On Businesses and Service Providers are MEMBERS and consumers, a.k.a. Toglers, are USERS.Ā For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, all TOGL Service Providers are referred to as MEMBERS and Consumers are referred to as USERS.
TOGL respects the privacy of our MEMBERS and USERS. We take the protection of your right to privacy very seriously and are dedicated to safeguarding any personal information collected on our Websites and through our Mobile Applications (apps). Personally identifiable information collected by TOGL is only shared with TOGL MEMBERS that are personally selected by TOGL USERS, for the purposes of booking a TOGL service or appointment.
This Privacy Policy is intended to describe what personal information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using TOGL.

SHARING OF INFORMATION
We match a USERāS request and location information against our list of available MEMBERS. When a TOGL is requested by a USER, you consent to our providing your personal information to the requested MEMBER, including your name, cell phone number and current distance from the MEMBERās location. The information provided is for the sole purpose of communicating about the appointment. No personal information collected is ever sold, rented or shared with any third-parties outside of TOGL MEMBERS that were specifically requested by the USER.
Personal information collected on TOGL is done so directly and no personal information is collected from USERS through cookies or other passive means. When you provide personal information through our website or mobile applications, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
USERS
In order to use TOGL, you must first complete the USER registration form. The USERāS registration form may include the following personal information: full name, age, email address and cell phone number and areas of interest.
TOGL uses this information to create and maintain registration and usage records for each USER.
Email addresses and cell phone numbers are used to communicate about changes in our Privacy Policy, changes to our Terms of Use, activities on TOGL and other features. From time to time, TOGL may send promotional and marketing messages, newsletters or push notices.Ā A USERāS age may be collected to help us develop the most appropriate content for our USERS.
By providing a cellular telephone number to us, you expressly consent, and authorize TOGL, a TOGL MEMBER or a third party on our behalf, to call and/or send text messages to the number you provide. You are not required to consent to these calls or texts but withholding your consent may prevent a MEMBER from confirming a request for service or following up if there is a dispute or issue between you and a MEMBER.Ā Ā This consent encompasses all future calls and text messages from TOGL or a third party placing these calls on our behalf.

MEMBERS
In order to use TOGL, you must first complete the business member registration form. The MEMBERāS registration form includes the following personal information: responsible partyās full name, email address, phone number, web address, business location address and optional business related photos.
TOGL uses this information to create and maintain registration and usage records for each MEMBER and also for the purpose of referring USERS to the MEMBERāS place of business.
Email addresses and cell phone numbers are used to communicate about changes in our Privacy Policy, changes to our Terms of Use, activities on TOGL and other features. From time to time, TOGL may send promotional and marketing messages, newsletters or push notices.
THIRD-PARTIES
USERS
We may periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from TOGL MEMBERS. Examples of information that we may receive include: USER ratings, timeliness, cancellations, no-shows or missed appointments and information relating to an issue or dispute that may have occurred.

TOGL may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by TOGL. Please be aware that TOGL is not responsible for the privacy practices of other such sites. This may include links to MEMBER sites and advertisers whose Privacy Policy and practices are different than our own. It is important for USERS always review a site’s Privacy Policy before releasing any personal information. This includes content and promotions featured on TOGL. From time-to-time, TOGL may utilize aggregate USER information for Marketing purposes.
MARKETING AFFILIATES
When you are referred to TOGL via a third-party marketing affiliate, we may share your email address and other information that you provide, to such marketing affiliate.
USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES TO COLLECT INFORMATION
We use various technologies to collect information from your browser about your activities on our site.
INFORMATION RECEIVED AUTOMATICALLY
We automatically receive certain data about the computer or device you are using when you visit this Site, including: your Internet Protocol (IP) address; information about the browser or type of device you are using; data collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies (as described below in the āCOOKIESā section); the date and time of your visit; and the web page you visited immediately prior to visiting this Site. For security purposes, we will encrypt any usernames, passwords, and other USER or MEMBER account-related data that we store in such cookies. In the case of sites and services that do not use a USER or member ID, the cookie will contain a unique identifier. We may allow our MEMBERS to serve cookies from our website to allow them to assist us in various activities, such as doing analysis and research on the effectiveness of our site, content and advertising. You may delete or decline cookies by changing your browser settings. (Click “Help” in the toolbar of most browsers for instructions.) If you do so, some of the features and services of our website may not function properly. Web Beacons: Web beacons (also known as clear gifs, pixel tags or web bugs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web USERS or to access cookies. We may allow third-parties, including MEMBERS, advertising agencies, non-profits and other appropriate businesses, to display advertisements on TOGL. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies or web beacons, to collect information about USERS who view or interact with their advertisements. This information allows them to deliver targeted messaging and analyze their effectiveness.
We may use information that we collect about you to deliver the products and services that you have requested, manage your account, provide you with customer support and perform research and analysis about your use or interest in certain categories or services offered by TOGL and TOGL MEMBERS. We may communicate with you by email, phone or mobile device. We may send you promotions about products or services that may be of interest to you; develop and display content and advertising tailored to your interests; enforce our Terms of Use; publicly-display ratings and other content provided by you; manage our business and perform functions described to you at the time of collection.
PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION
For MEMBERS, we may use financial information to process payments for membership or advertising programs that you elect to participate in. We may also release information to credit agencies for past due MEMBER accounts. These agencies may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as email addresses or credit card number) on our registration or membership forms, we encrypt that information using 256 bit secure socket layer technology and Base64 encryption technology.
This information is not stored by TOGL, and, instead, is collected and stored by our payments processing vendor for the purpose of processing payments made to TOGL. This information is safeguarded with appropriate security, and it will not be used for other purposes. Furthermore, our payments processing vendor has agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal and financial information it obtains from TOGL, and only to use this information on our behalf. Our financial institution is bound by all applicable privacy laws relating to the provision of financial services.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
MEMBERS that provide at home services, may be subject to a criminal background check. This is for the safety of our MEMBERS and USERS. Results of the background check will not be shared with USERS but may result in a MEMBER account being deactivated, suspended or terminated. TOGL will share the results with law enforcement if TOGL is compelled by law to do so. TOGL does not discriminate by race, gender, sexual preference or age
MOBILE APPS
If you install one of the TOGL apps on your mobile device, your use of the TOGL app is subject to the applicable app license agreement.
AGGREGATED AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
From time-to-time, TOGL may utilize and share aggregate USER information with third-parties for the purposes of marketing, research and general business analysis. We also may share aggregated information with advisors, advertisers and investors. Such information might include the total number of USERS and most popular categories or services. At no time does this information include personally identifiable USER information.
ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
If you have a MEMBER or a USER account, you can review and update your personal information online by logging into your account. Ā You can also review and update your personal information by contacting us at 1-855-554-5437.Ā Ā You can also choose to have your account disabled by contacting customerservice@toglon.com.
After you deactivate your account, you will not be able to sign in to TOGL or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new account at any time. If you deactivate your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our Terms of Use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of TOGL, our MEMBERS, USERS, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third-parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third-parties’ policies.
YOUR CHOICES ABOUT COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
At any time, a USER can choose to no longer receive push notifications, promotional emails or newsletters by accessing your USER account and opting out. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. We may send you other types of transactional and relationship e-mail communications, such as service announcements, administrative notices, and surveys, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
TOGL is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
We do not intent TOGL to be used by individuals under the age of majority within the jurisdiction within which they reside without the supervision of a parent or guardian of majority age. TOGL relies upon such parents or guardians to determine if TOGL is appropriate for the viewing, access, or participation by such individuals under the age of majority. If an individual under the age of majority uses TOGL, such individual may only use TOGL under the supervision of a parent or guardian of majority age.
If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor child who has provided us with Personal Information, you may contact us at admin@toglon.com to request it be deleted.
DO NOT CALL POLICY
TOGL has adopted and adheres to policies that comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission and State laws/regulations If you do not want to receive non-informational calls from us, you can ask us to place your telephone number(s) on our Internal Do Not Call List by: Sending a written request to us at TOGL, Attn: Legal 2127 Arnold Way #2572 Alpine, CA 91901. Emailing us at customerservice@TOGL.com, or Calling us at 1-855-554-5437. Your request must include, at minimum, your telephone number and name.
If you have multiple telephone numbers, please be sure to include all numbers that you would like included on our Do-Not-Call list in your request. Any phone call, e-mail or any other form of communication used to confirm receipt of your Do-Not-Call request will not be deemed to have violated this policy. Your request will be honored within thirty (30) days of the request in compliance with federal and state laws. You can request, and we will provide, a copy of our Internal Do Not Call Policy by contacting us in accordance with one of the foregoing methods and making such request. Most Do-Not-Call laws allow businesses and other entities to make telephone solicitations to certain consumers regardless if their number may appear on a Do-Not-Call list. This includes, but is not limited to any personal informational given to TOGL by USERS and MEMBERS.

In addition, we take our copyrights, trademarks and patent seriously. Any infringement over TOGL may be dealt with to the fullest extent made available by law.
CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
TOGL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. We will post any changes and the updated version of the Privacy Policy on our websites, in our mobile apps and any other places deemed appropriate. Please check for Privacy Policy updates so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on TOGL.
